homas Family Tree is a family owned and operated Landscape company based in Vancouver, Washington. We are licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Washington.

Following graduation from Western Washington University, Daniel went to work in the Okanagen Valley orchards of north central Washington for 1 ½ years. Later, after working in the woods felling trees in Oregon and Washington for a year and a half, he ran a saw mill in Michigan for 2 years. Since1976, when he and Judy were married, we have continued to be involved in tree care and landscaping.

Our Sons, Jonathan and Joseph, 25 and 22 years of age, have been involved in the business since childhood. They took an arborist class in 2002, and have become proficient in pruning, thinning, and crown reduction. They have also become adept at building rock walls and paths. We build high quality arbors and trellises which can be used as a decorative privacy screen.

We can provide you with a personalized sprinkler system to keep your yard looking good through the dry part of the year as well as low voltage lighting to extend the time you can see and enjoy your yard.

In addition to working with plants and trees, Daniel and the boys have discovered that many homes in our area have drainage problems--in lawns and often under houses. Solving drainage problems with French drains and land contouring has become an added service that we can provide.
